Kenya – RCIED functioned in Garissa
Two General Service Unit (GSU) officers were killed on 30 October 2023, while four others were wounded after an RCIED functioned at Ege-Dam along the Daadab Garissa Road in Kenya. The device comprised of a yellow plastic container with various electrical components wrapped in black tape and protruding white wires.
