Somalia – RCIED defused in Mogadishu
Security forces received information on 1 November 23, about a hidden RCIED in Mogadishu, Daynile District. The RCIED reportedly intended to target personnel in the area and was found concealed within a metal food container with a modified mobile phone attached.
