India – UAVs discovered in Tarn Taran District

On 20 October 2023, remnants of a DJI Matrice 300 RTK was discovered during a joint operation between the Border Security Force (BSF) and Punjab Police were found in Tarn Taran District, India. Increasingly, such UAVs have been documented in Punjab State, often used to remotely deliver contraband from across the border. Likewise, another DJI Matrice 3000 RTK was recovered on 19 October 2023. An increasing number of UAVs involved in illegal sustainment activities continue to be intercepted by the BSF.
