We’re delighted to announce that Daniel Brown has joined the EWS team as our new Consultant.

Daniel brings with him an impressive 19-year career in the Royal Navy, where he served as an Electronic Warfare Petty Officer and played a key role in global intelligence, training, and operational missions. His leadership and professionalism directly contributed to two of the largest counter-narcotics seizures in Royal Navy history, reflecting his outstanding commitment to operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Daniel has developed a wealth of expertise across cybersecurity, defence consultancy, risk management, and project leadership. He has delivered complex training and intelligence programmes in both military and commercial environments, earning recognition for his innovative problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication — including classified briefings to senior UK and NATO leadership.

Since transitioning from military service, Daniel has focused on advancing capability development within Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA). He has successfully designed, delivered, and evaluated training programmes using DSAT and modern instructional design methodologies, ensuring that client needs are met with precision, creativity, and compliance.

In his new role at EWS, Daniel will be instrumental in designing and delivering advanced CEMA training programmes, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring we continue to exceed client expectations in the ever-evolving world of cyber and electronic warfare.
