Iran – Hadid-110 UAVs launched by Islamic Republic of Iran Armed Forces

On 4 March 2026, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), a branch of the Islamic Republic of Iran Armed Forces, launched a number of OWA Hadid-110 UAVs intending to target Israeli and U.S. positions. The Hadid-110 UAV, also known as the Dalahu, was first unveiled in February 2025, designed to penetrate air defence networks due to its increased cruising and reduced radar visibility, compared to that of the Shahed 136.

On 28 February 2026, the United States Armed Forces and Israel Defence Force launched the large-scale offensive, ‘Operation Epic Fury’, against the Islamic Republic of Iran Armed Forces, following weeks of military buildup. Iran has since targeted eleven countries with missiles and UAVs, including, Israel, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Azerbaijan and Turkey.
