Ukraine – UVIED defused in Melitopol

An IED was discovered under a parked vehicle near an apartment building in Melitopol on 26 October 2023. The incident was reported as an attempted assassination of an employee of the civil-military administration of Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The explosive device comprised of a juice carton wrapped in silver tape with red and black connectors protruding from the side.
