Russia – hoax in Novoalekseevskaya
On 14 November 23, a hoax IED was found at a school in Novoalekseevskaya, Russia. The device was found within a cardboard box and comprised of a mobile phone wrapped in blue tape and three bottles with caps of different colours. Law enforcement agencies have asserted that no explosives were found in the device.
