Israel – RCIED found in Netanya

On 26 October 2023, detectives from the crime fighting unit at Netanya Police in Israel arrested a criminal in possession of an explosive device at a residence. The detectives, with the support of soldiers from YSM Sharon Unit seized an RCIED, concealed within a black plastic bag. The device consisted of a metal pipe, with a length of wire and a battery. Also found at the scene was a receiver, possibly to be used for the remote denotation of the device.
